One of the information and communication technologies hailed as a chance to lessen society's total environmental footprint is wireless technology, which offers new methods to interact. Latency is a parameter that affects the performance of basic business functions, and its implications are a detriment to any sort of future-proofing. Many applications that demand low latency depend on it to enhance user experience and boost customer satisfaction by facilitating faster, more fluid application operation. We proposed solution methods to measure and minimize the latency time of the emergency message transmitted from the sender to the receiver. The latency measured is about 18 milliseconds and above. The proposed system is superior in terms of latency reduction to the existing system. Aside from alerts and warnings, emergency communication systems may also contain instructions on evacuation, curfews, and other self-preservation measures, as well as details on the state of the response, family members, the help that is available, and other issues that could affect the response and recovery.
