Electronic health record (EHR) sharing is particularly helpful for disease research and diagnosis. Patients and healthcare providers find cloud-based electronic health records (EHRs) to be highly convenient; nevertheless, because of cloud centralization, there are always threats to data security and privacy. Blockchain technology's specific qualities, particularly its decentralization, offer it a workable answer to these issues. The presented work provides a private blockchain network that leveraged cloud-based user applications, elliptical curve cryptography for data encryption, Certification Authority for user identification, and the Hyperledger Fabric to achieve the security of the EHR. Reducing the scalability and privacy concerns related to public blockchains is the primary goal. The suggested method makes it simple for physicians and patients to access data and is intended for use in hospitals with numerous branches. The purpose of the survey is to evaluate the suggested solution's efficacy.
