Empowering Futures: A Dynamic Conversational AI Chatbot System for Facilitating Educational Scholarship Opportunities

In this period of digital transformation as well as educational development, the availability and accessibility of scholarship information and counseling services are very crucial. Students have limited awareness which leads to missed chances of financial assistance. This paper introduces an innovative conversational AI chatbot integrated with a self-designed user-friendly website to enhance the effectiveness and accessibility of counseling for students from various domains. A description of a thorough methodology that integrates a recommendation system with a Natural Language Understanding (NLU) technique, including intent classification and entity recognition in Rasa is given in this work. As an effective open-source conversational AI framework, Rasa uses NLU to comprehend customer inquiries and respond in a way that is both human and natural. The system has the potential to be an important resource in the area of educational scholarship counseling because of its flexibility in responding in real-time to various user queries and providing a user-friendly environment for application via the website.
