February AdCom Meeting Update [President’s Corner]

In February, ISSCC 2024 was held at the San Francisco Marriott Hotel. It showcased a tremendous program of innovation from the solid-state circuits community. It included four excellent plenary talks, which are available for streaming on isscc.org. I would like to thank the paper authors and presenters for sharing their innovative work at the conference, and I also want to thank the conference volunteers and staff for organizing an excellent event. At this year’s conference, the Society supported a pilot program organized by the Women in Circuits (WiC) team to provide family daycare for a small hourly fee. The program was very well received and included many fun activities. I would like to thank Zeynep Toprak Deniz and Aeisha VanBuskirk for their leadership of the pilot program. It is the intent of the Society to make this service a regular feature of the conference. The conference technical proceedings will be available soon on IEEEXplore.
