Cloud-based Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) and Customer Relationship Management (CRM) systems have completely revolutionized the operations and customer interactions in today’s modern business environment. However, the widespread adoption of cloud-based solutions introduces various cybersecurity challenges, demanding sophisticated threat detection and prevention mechanisms. This research article explores how the Artificial Intelligence (Al) and Machine Learning (ML) techniques are making cloud ERP/CRM stronger against growing cyber threats. By exploring the multifaceted role of AI/ML, this study investigates how these technologies contribute to identifying and mitigating security risks, bolster anomaly detection capabilities, and enhance the overall cybersecurity posture within cloud-based business environments.
