The Agent-Based Ticket Booking System was created in response to the inherent challenges and frustrations of utilizing standard ticket booking methods. Whether it was buying tickets for flights, events, or any other purpose it usually involves filling out lengthy forms, visiting real counters, or navigating challenging websites. These processes can annoy customers in addition to being time-consuming. Furthermore, the involvement of intermediary organizations may result in an increase in the cost of the tickets. Through the elimination of intermediaries and the use of AI-driven conversational interfaces, this initiative seeks to simplify, lower costs, and enhance the ticket purchase experience. The Agent-Based Ticket Booking System redefines the whole ticketing process with its user-friendly interface, offering a seamless and easy booking experience.
