The advent of the Internet of Medical Things (IoMT) brings benefits and security challenges to the healthcare industry. Information about patients is becoming more vulnerable to cyber threats as the frequency of attacks on the healthcare sector rises. The patient's private and personal information, regularly collected through IoT devices and processed through a cloud server, is compromised. It can degrade everyone's reputation and cause significant financial losses. Patients' information must be protected from unauthorized use and access. This access control uses Fully Homomorphic Encryption (FHE) for this issue. This enhances information security schemes in healthcare systems by combining FHE and Blockchain technology. Our results show that the FHE and blockchain can be employed on low-power IoMT devices to provide varying levels of health data security. FHE allows calculating encrypted data without decryption and data protection, resulting in a safe and trustworthy system. The encrypted data can be handled and analyzed by authorized users without disclosing the file's contents, respecting the patient's privacy. This technique provides a secure and open environment for maintaining and transferring sensitive patient medical information.
