The IARPA AGILE program is a program designed to create an entirely new high performance computing architecture for data-intensive computing applications. More specifically, the objective of the AGILE initiative is to design and model HPC systems which are capable of executing extreme-scale applications in graph analytics, gene/protein sequencing and graph neural networks.
