Adware can be categorized as a type of malware wherein not considered to be harmful, but in some user experiences, it causes some abnormal activities to their computers. Adware is very difficult to detect on our computer and it takes a lot of time for this to be detected especially over the network. It can cause network traffic while the system is scanning over the network. In this paper, the researcher introduces a network-level DNS Sinkholing algorithm that can block access to a domain that is either server ads, web trackers, or websites that may contain malicious content. The idea is that the system will prevent all devices on the network from accessing domains that are deemed a threat to the company. The researcher concluded that using this system eliminates 85% of the malicious software that the company experienced in the past. With this system, it also eliminates those websites that are being visited that may cause malware to install on the device.
