Energy-efficient wearable sensors in health monitoring with the Internet of Things (IoT) support prolonged remote assistance. This emphasizes the need for energy-efficient operations of the wearable sensors by synchronizing their monitoring frequency with their available energy. Because of the wearable sensor's significance, an Energy-synchronized Frequency Management Technique (ESFMT) is introduced. This technique is optimal in deciding the device operation frequency based on priority and available energy. The assessments that are confined within the available energy and away from the synchronization are distinguished using classifier tree learning. Based on the classification, the frequency or recharging of the wearable sensor is decided. Therefore, the proposed technique is reliable in supporting a prolonged monitoring time with the available energy in IoT health monitoring systems.
