The fundamental role of iterative processes in healthcare organizations implementing projects is to provide a comprehensive methodology for understanding the essence of prototyping processes. Iterative approach allows you to test the quality of work at any stage of the project and make adjustments using new elements and variables in small iterations. In turn, this indicates organizational maturity and stability. Creating an absolute minimum (prototype) based on results of analysis and assessment of questionable or insufficiently known elements of the project cycle (phases, processes) allows us to answer questions about creation of reliable models of its implementation. This increases project efficiency and contributes to better meet the needs of project stakeholders. Iteration and subsequent prototyping processes should be considered as interdependent stages of one methodology. It is an advantage that ultimately ensures competitiveness in medical services market.
