Convergence of a sequence of points, and the related concept of the limit of a sequence of points, are fundamental notions in mathematical analysis. Equipped with these notions, one can define continuity of a function, check if a set is closed, etc. Correspondingly, a fundamental notion in set-valued analysis is convergence of a sequence of sets, equipped with which one can discuss continuity of set-valued mappings, study operations on set-valued mappings, etc. These are the topics presented in this section.
