Federated Learning User Friendly Web App

In this paper, we explore the conjunction of Flask, a micro web framework, with the distributed machine learning approach known as Federated Learning. Our goal is to construct an interactive, modern web application that use the Flask-Socket-IO for real-time communication. The web application aims to simplify the programming part, allowing users without coding background to manage and execute Federated Learning tasks with intuitive interface. Our methodological approach includes three key components: Flask for back-end development, Federated Learning libraries simulation, and Flask-Socket-IO to facilitate real-time communication between the front-end and back-end. Through the integration of these components, we create a streamlined user friendly and interactive web application capable of handling complex Federated Learning tasks.
