With the rapid development of science and technology, new technologies represented by big data, cloud computing, and artificial intelligence have had a profound impact on the military field, especially command information systems. The traditional architecture of command information systems has problems such as insufficient scalability, unstable performance, complex deployment, and low fault tolerance, which can no longer meet the requirements of new combat styles. Micro service architecture, with its controllable complexity, flexible technology selection, high fault tolerance, and scalability, provides ideas for the transformation and upgrading of command information systems. This article analyzes the gaps and shortcomings of current command information systems, combines the characteristics and advantages of microservices architecture, explores the design and implementation of microservices in command information systems, and puts forward some suggestions and prospects.
