Software Requirements Based Software Effort Estimation using RSLU-GNL-GRU in Software Project Management

This paper presents a Software Effort Estimation (SEE) framework for project management, addressing the increasing demand for high-quality software. It involves data gathering, preprocessing, BERT-based word embedding, clustering with PLSKCD-K-Means, and task ranking using ZS-GTBOA. Feature extraction, dimensionality reduction, and SEE implementation with the RSLU-GNL-GRU classifier follow. The experimental evaluation highlights the proposed technique’s superior performance over existing models.
