Using Blockchain to Protect Data from Biometric Systems for Analysis and Access Control

This paper is devoted to problem of using blockchain to protect data from biometric systems for analysis and access control in practical use. The key difficulties of using image recognition approaches, the problems of modern approaches to object detection, trends and features of access control systems that support the processing and analysis of biometric data, in particular human faces, are described. The advantages of using blockchain technologies to ensure scalable protection of the system operation are outlined, experimental studies of the performance of the implemented concept within the framework of a functional prototype of a software application are carried out.
