In disaster management, one crucial yet often overlooked aspect is the swift exchange of data among information sources, emergency managers, and victims. The challenge lies in the fact that conventional cellular networks and modern communication infrastructure can fail during emergencies, hindering communication. To address this, a long-range radio (LoRa) transceiver module is proposed. This standalone device ensures reliable communication without relying on towers or base stations. Additionally, a voice playback module integrated into the prototype aids in rescue and relief operations. The transmitter, equipped with a GPS module, facilitates victim location tracking. Transmitter data is stored in the cloud, accessible via web initiatives, providing essential information about the victim
