The Problem of Goods Distribution Based on Genetic Algorithm

Goods distribution is of great significance in realizing economies of scale and saving transportation costs. Therefore, this paper aims to explore how to use genetic algorithm to minimize costs in order to achieve the objective function of goods distribution. Firstly, this paper introduces the related concepts of genetic algorithm, and introduces the related concepts such as initializing population, calculating fitness function, selection, crossover and mutation by expounding the general steps of genetic algorithm. Secondly, this paper describes the problem of goods distribution and puts forward the objective function and constraint conditions. Then, using genetic algorithm and MATLAB design program, the goods distribution problems are realized one by one. Finally, the simulation results of this program are analyzed.
