tableMatrix: Combines 'data.table' and 'matrix' Classes

Provides two classes extending 'data.table' class. Simple 'tableList' class wraps 'data.table' and any additional structures together. More complex 'tableMatrix' class combines 'data.table' and 'matrix'. See for more information and examples.
