With the development of crowdsourcing business, the property settlement through centralized network has been faced with trust problems such as irregular property settlement rules, unclear settlement ownerships, and untraceable settlement processes. Blockchain is a decentralized, tamper-proof, traceable, negotiable distributed network framework. Based on these characteristics of blockchain network and combined with other network calculation and storage technologies such as rule engine, object storage, this paper proposes a trusted network framework for crowdsourcing property settlement with three levels and six modules to meet the requirements of property settlement in automatic processing, visualizing, tracing, confirming and inquiring. Especially for performance and scalability issues caused by participating nodes and data expansion, this paper proposes a network technology of calculation and storage separation. The system of crowdsourcing property settlement was implemented, and the functional verification and performance test were conducted on it. The result shows that the system has high stability and scalability, and can guarantee the trusted management of crowdsourcing property.
