The Internet of Things (IoT) and other advanced guard technologies have the potential to lead to a more intelligent and sustainable way of life, which is the focus of this paper on sustainable living and IOT Security. We can optimise energy consumption, improve healthcare, reorganise transportation, and boost general well-being by connecting a variety of appliances and devices to the internet. But there is a challenge that must be solved in order to deploy these technologies in a safe and responsible way. The most promising IoT and advanced technology applications currently under development are examined in this paper, along with the obstacles that must be overcome before they can be deployed safely and responsibly. Secure and responsible implementation of IoT is needed. The increased connectivity of devices and appliances creates new cybersecurity risks, therefore this paper discusses the gravity of data privacy and security. Compute the potential economic conclusion is also taken into account.
