Streamlining of Event Management for Attendees and Organizers

In the context of streamlining event management for attendees, the total number of events conducted by people have increased since the last decade. These include media and entertainment, sports, cultural etc. With a lot of events being displayed on the screen, people find it hard to discover what event they would like to attend. Most of the recommendation systems use traditional models like cosine similarity. In this paper we have combined cosine similarity with the LLM model. The embeddings generated by the LLM model in the form of similarity matrix are then used by cosine similarity to recommend events. This is more efficient and accurate than traditional cosine similarity. In the context of streamlining event management for organizers, venue planning and decorating has always been a challenging and time-consuming task. We introduce an augmented reality approach to solve this problem. The planner can point the camera towards the venue area then drag and place objects (3D models like chairs, garlands, carpet etc.) to visualize how a venue would look. By combining two modern and emerging technologies together, streamlining of events is possible to its best.
