As the interview process can be daunting, an interactive and personalized practice platform can significantly assist candidates in honing their interview skills. The research work holds significance as numerous young students aspire to excel in interviews but lack a suitable platform to assess their readiness for interviews. The research on interview bots is actively progressing, focusing on realistic simulations, personalized feedback, and multimodal capabilities for enhanced user experience, aiming to provide effective and accessible interview preparation. This research work aims to develop an “Interactive Interview Bot,” a virtual assistant designed to provide an immersive and dynamic environment for interview practice and skill improvement.The purpose of the Interactive Interview Bot is to offer users a simulated interview experience, tailored to their needs and skill levels. The bot will not only help users rehearse common interview questions but also provide personalized feedback, guidance, and resources to enhance their performance.
