With the rapid development of the intelligent transportation system, an increasing number of computation-intensive and delay-sensitive tasks are emerging in vehicular networks. Task offloading based on Vehicular Edge Computing (VEC), as an effective technology, is introduced to handle these tasks. However, vehicle mobility may lead to offloading link instability, causing interruptions that render the process unreliable and increase delay. In the Cellular Vehicle-to-Everything (C-V2X) scenario, this paper proposes an Integrated Vertical and Horizontal Collaborative (IVHC) offloading system to address task offloading interruptions. The system comprises two strategies: vertical collaborative and horizontal collaborative offloading, which address interruptions through cooperation in different offloading modes and VEC collaboration inter-cells, respectively. Simulation results demonstrate that the proposed system effectively reduces the probability of offloading interruptions and enhances task offloading efficiency.
