Supply chain management is practised as an intricate net of numerous policies and mechanisms set in order to fully allow industries to work together for the customers. The decision making process needs to be quick and succinct in order to facilitate effective action. Currently, many organisations find it difficult to successfully navigate the chain and might delay the decision making process, which leads to huge losses. This application makes it possible to simplify the consensus reaching process with the involvement of stakeholders. The decisions are taken with the detailed input of some of the members at each level of the chain so that a realistic view is available for the major stakeholders to reach a meaningful decision. A DAO was considered to be suitable for this application due to its capability to aid versatile use-cases in general crypto-governance.
