Shihong Bi · 2024
3D reconstruction and motion tracking is a very important research direction in the field of computer vision. Compared to 2D image information, 3D models have a stronger sense of realism and can present more information. With the development of virtual reality and augmented reality technology, it can be foreseen that 3D data will be the main form of data presentation in the future. The 3D reconstruction technology of unordered images requires lower costs and has a wide range of applications, characterized by only requiring computational resources. However, its reconstruction speed is relatively slow, so improving the efficiency of the algorithm and the accuracy of the reconstruction results is currently the focus of research. At present, there are relatively mature algorithms in the research of 3D reconstruction and motion tracking technology based on unordered images, but there are generally problems such as long running time and low reconstruction accuracy. This article focuses on the relevant algorithms for 3D reconstruction and motion tracking based on computer vision, and makes targeted improvements to improve running speed and model quality.
