Leveraging the "Internet+" concept, this study addresses the issue of personalization in university physical education teaching and designs and validates an intelligent personalized physical education teaching platform for university students. The platform establishes a high-density campus data collection network, enabling multidimensional and comprehensive data monitoring of students in the teaching environment. This includes rich data such as video streams, spatial coordinates, vital signs, etc., which undergo preprocessing before entering the personalized learning module. Advanced techniques like principal component analysis and deep neural networks are integrated here to construct accurate student profiles, assess their abilities, and discover their talents. Based on this foundation, the platform intelligently matches the optimal teaching content and learning recommendations for each student. Additionally, the platform incorporates dynamic adaptive control logic, utilizing methods like voice interaction and AR instruction to provide real-time feedback and optimize the teaching process. Analysis of algorithms and test results demonstrate that the platform significantly enhances students' learning outcomes and experiences while also strengthening teachers' ability to personalize instruction. The successful implementation of this research provides a model for the informatization of university student education. Future work will focus on further enriching and improving the entire solution based on larger-scale practical applications.
