Research on the Application of Federated Learning Technology in Smart Homes

This article introduces the application research of federated learning technology in the field of smart homes. In recent years, with the popularization of smart devices and the development of Internet of Things technology, more and more smart devices have entered home scenarios, but they are facing challenges such as data security. Federated learning, as a distributed machine learning method, can achieve collaboration and data sharing among smart devices while protecting user privacy, promoting smarter and more convenient smart homes and user lives. This article introduces and analyzes the framework of federated learning, its current application status in the field of smart homes, and possible problems, in order to provide some help or reference for the in-depth application of federated learning in the future smart home field.
