Implementation of a Trust-based Blockchain Model for Medical Applications

Rahul · 2024

Internet and device accessibility are now crucial factors in societal, institutional, and individual decisions. Internet of Medical Things (IoMT), the result of combining healthcare elements provides a platform for efficient service delivery to the benefit of patients and healthcare professionals. While the privacy, usability, and dependability of In the IoMT, medical data are valued highly semantic gaps and a lack of suitable assets or attributes continue to be barriers to effective information transmission in unified trust management solutions. As a result, we suggest a trust-based blockchain model (TBM) in IoT areas in which a smart contract ensures budget verification and an Indirect Trust Inference System (ITIS) eliminates semantic deficiencies and improves reliable factor estimates through network nodes as well as edges. The TBM-IoMT employs a confidential blockchain network to create reliable communication by verifying function depends upon its interoperable structure, allowing for regulated communication required for fixing fusion and integration difficulties to be enabled by many IoMT architectural zones.
