This is a MongoDB database that represents the query index to evaluate the effectiveness of a semantic search application (OWIM). The index consists of multisets of MeSH concepts for each query. The concepts are extracted via spacy en_core_sci__smd model and linked to MeSH via spacy entity linker. A confidence threshold of 0.50 is used during indexation process
