Old version of output file from krigingMeasuresSetupState.R, which uses state-level and district-level population data when drawing covariates. This file contains simulated citizens in the lower 48 states and Virginia congressional districts. Locations in space as well as covariate values drawn from the population are included for each simulated respondent.
