This R script reads all of the files stored in componentData.zip, so those files need to be in the working directory to use this program. The program cleans and combines these data sources, aggregates data as appropriate, and produces output files ready for analysis. Anyone wishing to replicate the models can skip this file. It is useful for those wishing to retrace the data management steps or borrow syntax in other data cleaning settings.
