Cloud computing allows businesses to access and use a large amount of computing power and resources over the internet in an organized and efficient manner. Virtualization is like a magic trick for computers. It takes the physical parts of a computer system, like the hard drive and memory, and makes them easier to manage and use. One way this isdone is through virtual machines, which are like virtual versions of entire computers running inside a real one. This helps make cloud data centers more efficient by combining multiple virtual machines onto a single physical server, which saves energy and makes better use of resources. By consolidating multiple virtual machine instances onto fewer physical hosts, the objective is to maximise resource savings while satisfying the performance requirements of hosted applications. Virtual machine consolidation plays a major role in optimising the utilisation of computer resources in cloud data centres, which are characterised by dynamic and diverse workloads. Allocating resources on demand presents issues related to managing client demand. In order to provide resources, Virtual Machine (VM) technology might be implemented. It is anticipated that utilising a virtualized environment will decrease the typical job response time and allow the task to be completed based on resource availability. So, when users need to do certain tasks, they're given virtual machines that fit those tasks. The clever part is that these virtual machines can move around between different physical machines while they're still working. This helps keep everything runningsmoothly without interrupting what users are doing. Utilising cloud resources effectively and dynamically can assist balance the load and prevent issues like delayed system operation. This implementation may anticipate each task request and minimise overloads to create space in virtual machine when continuous requests come in at the particular time using a local negotiation-based VM consolidation method. The suggested method uses a co-location strategy to mergeunderutilised small spaces to provide additional virtual space, which enhances server performance. It also offers secure support for the data sharing strategy. The secret key distribution and verification method is used to store the encrypted data in the designated area and share it with the required user.
