In today's increasingly complex and dynamic environments, traditional access control models often fail to adequately address the diverse requirements and security challenges. Various models have evolved to handle the security issues all dimensions of Security in Access control mechanisms in Block chain. To understand the limitation and challenges of the existing models, detailed literature review is presented in this paper and the issues are identified based on all 3 dimensions of security namely, transactions, users and the data logs. At the end a novel idea is proposed to overcome the above challenges, this hybrid approach combining Role-Based Access Control -RBAC and Attribute Based Access Control -ABAC. This hybrid solution leverages RBAC's coarse-grained structure for defining user roles and permissions, while complementing it with ABAC's granular control based on attributes of subjects, objects, and the environment. This combination can offer enhanced security, improved flexibility, simplified policy management, dynamic policy adaptation, and proactive security monitoring, making it an effective approach to access control in modern systems and environments.
