ARTIFICIAL INTELLIGENCE FOR PREDICTIVE ANALYSIS IN CYBER SECURITY
International Research Journal of Modernization in Engineering Technology and Science · 2024
Artificial intelligence in cybersecurity significantly empowers predictive analytics to neutralize threats in realtime. This paper examines how AI and cybersecurity come together and emphasizes predictive analytics as the basis for seeking out and neutralizing possible threats in real-time.Utilizing AI-based ML algorithms allows AI to create proactive actions that lead to safer security positions for organizations and individuals alike, which will allow the development of new prevention-oriented strategies able to track what cybercriminals will do in the future. It is a necessity in AI-based cyber-solutions development that ethical issues be addressed. The impacts on data privacy, combating bias, and entailing sufficient transparency in the decision-making process get increasingly complex as the AI algorithms used for threat detection reach a higher level. This concern highlights the consequence that the implementation of AI will preserve all the existing cybersecurity solutions that would fulfil and even be compliant entirely with the ethical principles of protecting individual rights and social values. This paper's goal is to get through all the ethical problems and point out the key necessity of using ethical frameworks while building and upgrading cybersecurity systems that utilize AI to be reliable and not fraught with infringements in the digital ecosystem.
