Binocular Vision Three-dimensional Measurement in Metrology

In order to address the existing issues of inconvenience, high requirement of environment, low automation and high cost of the traditional measurement system, studying the 3D Measurement System based on stereo vision under natural conditions, introducing the basic theory of 3D reconstruction based on vision; Special emphasis several key issues in the 3D reconstruction: Automatic Focusing, camera calibration, image preprocess, feature extraction, image matching and 3D depth information recovery, developed a 3D Measurement System based on vision technology under natural conditions. The image of the binocular stereo matching can be made depth information of object image, and ultimately be able to rebuild the 3D information. In addition, this paper length measuring technology and image analysis combine for the development of measurement technology provides a new way of thinking.
