Legal Protection of Enterprise Data Property Rights Based on Differential Private Technology for Information Security

The legal protection of enterprise data property rights was explored based on differential privacy technology. In the information era, the importance of enterprise data is becoming prominent. However, the leakage and abuse of data have become a risk faced by enterprises. Therefore, differential privacy technology was reviewed and analyzed for its applications in the protection of enterprise data and providing theoretical support. In this study, the application of different technologies in corporate data protection was explored in terms of their potential to prevent data leakage and misuse. The extent to which the current legal framework protects property rights was analyzed, too. The result guides the legal community, policy-makers, and enterprises for the effective legal protection of enterprise data and the basic rights and interests of individual privacy. The results also are the basis for the improvement and refinement of the legal framework to secure the safer and more compliant operation of enterprises in digital transformation.
