With the proliferation of information technology, the application of the Internet of Things (IoT) has gained momentum in various domains. This resource-constrained device is interfaced with many field devices to gather data, amounting to data for diverse applications. Securing this data either in a data store or in transition is an emerging area of research, that deals with the implementation of IoT Blockchain to maintain confidentiality and data integrity. This paper presents a network in which highly operational resources can be combined with blockchain to prevent data tampering. The proposed IBPIIS is a framework that integrates consensus method, authentication by hashing, smart contract, and distributed management scheme, with smart devices and blockchain ecosystem to ensure security and information management. A comprehensive simulation is run under several scenarios on the system developed to analyze its performance in terms of time complexity and energy efficiency. This analysis also presents an improved blockchain-based Personal Identifiable Secure Management System to develop a data storage model that can efficiently handle the drawbacks of data redundancy and limited data storage space.
