One of the alternatives that can be selected in the official vehicle data collection process is by implementing a QR Code to control official vehicle security for goods handlers. This inForm ation system uses the programming language PHP and MySQL as the database. Whereas in its design it uses UML (Unified modeling language). With this system it is able to make it easier for goods administrators to collect data. Because with this system the goods handler can control the vehicle anywhere and anytime.
