Cyberspace mimic defense (CMD), a promising cyberspace security technology, is currently frequently deployed in many important infrastructures. It may actively defend against unexpected threats. However, the core of CMD, dynamic heterogeneous redundant structure, has deficiencies in system delay and system load in real-world applications, which limits the deployment of CMD on a broad scale. This paper proposes an improved semi-persistent scheduling algorithm (ISPS) for CMD. The ISPS algorithm strikes a balance between system overhead and security by dynamically sizing the executor set. Based on fuzzy mathematics, the ISPS algorithm suitable for CMD is reformed from the original semi-persistent scheduling algorithm. The ISPS algorithm considers the changing timing and conditions of the number of executors. The simulation results show that the ISPS algorithm not only enhances system security better, but also reduces the system delay and system load.
