Conducting Studies Using Rapid Iterative Alternation of Conditions
Kathryn M. Bailey, Natalie S. Pak, Jennifer R. Ledford · 2024
In this chapter, we introduce the final condition ordering type: rapid iterative alternation of conditions. These designs are flexible and useful, especially for conducting multiple simultaneous comparisons. The rapid alternation used requires different considerations compared to designs with fewer condition transitions (i.e., time-lagged and sequential introduction and withdrawal [SIW] designs).
