Aiming at the problem of cross-domain risk assessment in cyber power physical system, this paper proposes a cross-domain risk assessment method based on network attack. Firstly, the attacker resource constraint and system flow constraint are considered, and a FDI attack model aiming at minimizing attack cost is proposed. Then CVSS is used to evaluate the exploitability of vulnerabilities, and a Bayesian attack graph is established based on the distribution of vulnerabilities to calculate the prior probability of successful attacks. Then the probability of network attack combination is obtained from the minimum attack cost and prior probability. Secondly, the physical consequences of network attacks are calculated based on DC optimal power flow algorithm. Finally, the cross-domain risk of the system is evaluated by combining the probability of network attack combination and the physical consequences of network attack. Through simulation verification, the method in this paper effectively reduces the difficulty of cross-domain risk quantitative assessment in the cyber power physical system, deeply explores the vulnerable links of the system, and provides references for improving the reliability of the system.
