In today's technologically-driven era, advancements have transformed various facets of our daily lives, ushering in the era of smart solutions that enhance convenience, safety, and overall quality of living.Among these advancements, the evolution of interview processes stands out prominently.Traditional face-to-face interviews have gradually transitioned to online platforms, leveraging the power of artificial intelligence and digital communication tools.However, despite these innovations, the assessment of a candidate's personality remains a critical challenge.Furthermore, our research outlines a step-by-step methodology for implementing the proposed smart interview system, detailing the process of data collection, model training, and evaluation.By presenting empirical results and validation metrics, we demonstrate the effectiveness and reliability of our approach in accurately assessing candidate personalities.
