Digitization., a pivotal force in societal evolution., shapes interactions and economies. In India., the Reserve Bank guides the transformative journey of the banking industry through Core Banking Solutions (CBS). While CBS enhances efficiency and customer experience., the digital shift introduces challenges., particularly in cybersecurity. Non-technical users., comprising both employees and customers., face usability issues with banking utilities and security implementations. This research delves into the intricate realm of Human-Computer Interaction (HCI) and the Technology Acceptance Model (TAM) to explore the psychological and cognitive aspects of users. Usability factors such as learnability., memorability., efficiency., and error tolerance are critical considerations in designing effective banking software. The study aims to identify the spectrum of direct and indirect usability factors influencing banking utilities. Additionally., it seeks to outline a process for designing a secure system that is not only usable but also practical. The research perspective involves tailoring security aspects using TAM., fortifying implementation processes., and leveraging IoT technology. The overarching goal is to understand how customization can lead to the development of usable., secure banking systems that meet the diverse needs and technical proficiency of users.
