Unlocking the Potential of Sentiment Analysis of Automobile Brand Reputation Management

Nowadays, in the social media's influenced digital era, managing the brand reputations especially automobile industry is very challenging due to the fast evolving mechatronics' technologies and incorporations of advance features which impacts on the superiority of the automobile brands based on performance, safety, fuel efficiency etc. This implementation-based research work examines sentiment analysis as a means to optimize the brand's reputation by exploring user opinions on 18 diverse car brands across six essential aspects: performance, safety, comfort, fuel efficiency, quality, and price, illustrating the strengths and weaknesses of each brand. The data collected for the research work is totally relies on social media users' comments, reviews and feedbacks on different brands of cars. The findings of the research work reveal's nuanced insights into how users perceive and evaluate different automobile brands based on the above said essential aspects. In this social media world, the online discussions have the power to alter consumer perceptions and decisions. Therefore, this research work portrays the importance of utilizing sentiment analysis to shape brand reputation in the competitive landscape of the automotive industry. Noteworthy results include Lamborghini excels in performance and comfort, while Hummer leads in safety. Furthermore, both Hummer and Fiat exhibit superior quality, and Lamborghini outshines competitors in terms of pricing and fuel efficiency, as indicated by the examined data. The visualization of cumulative aspect scores provides an in-depth picture of the brand's effectiveness, providing brand executives, market analysts, and industry stakeholders with the measures necessary to make data-driven decisions that can enhance their brands reputation
