Hybrid Event-Triggered and Impulsive Control for Leader-Following Consensus of Second-Order Multiagent Systems with Switching Topologies
Z. Yin, Xin Wang · 2023
In this paper, the consensus problem of leader-following second-order multiagent systems (MASs) with switching topologies is investigated. Based on the proposed hybrid event-triggered and impulsive control protocol, each agent in the system only communicates with its neighbors at the event-triggered moment and impulsive instant. Thus the communication frequency can be reduced effectively, and a desired convergence rate can also be achieved. Besides, noticing the influence of instantaneous disturbance on second-order MASs, the impulsive system is used to describe the switching topologies of MASs. Subsequently, several consensus criteria are derived for the MASs by using the Lyapunov functional method and the Zeno behavior is also excluded. At last, the validity of the results is demonstrated by the simulation examples.
