Designing of user interface and user experience in prevent sexual violence application (cekal) using the design thinking method (case study: Region of Bandar Lampung)

World Health Organization (WHO) research identified partner violence as the most reported form of abuse.About 641 million women have claimed to have experienced it.The Minister of Women's Empowerment and Child Protection (PPPA) said that 45.1 percent of the 14,517 cases of violence against children in Indonesia were cases of sexual violence.There are 10,247 cases of violence against women throughout 2021.Covering low to high-fidelity prototypes and showing the navigation flow from one feature to another based on mobile with results that are expected to provide convenience for victims in preventing sexual violence, complaints, outreach, management, temporary shelter, mediation and assistance to victims of sexual violence.Design Thinking involves five phases: Emphasize, Define, Ideate, Prototype and Testing.The results of the test show a comparison in the two stages with the following results obtained: Measurement of effectiveness shows that, an increase in the effectiveness aspect is 10 percent with a completion rate of 95 percent.Efficiency measurement shows that the increasein efficiency in the application design by showing a decrease in the amount of time required (task time) is 55.97 percent.Measurement of satisfaction obtained a score of 80.5 points which indicates that users like the blocked application and will recommend it.
