With the increasing demand of applications and progression in technology, system complexity and power consumption have increased manifolds. This stresses on the need of an energy efficient platform that optimizes the performance of machine learning algorithms. This paper presents in-depth analysis of energy efficiency and performance of a heterogenous CPU-GPU platform with different workload distribution settings to determine optimal configuration.
