An Intelligent System for Classifying Emotional Coloration of Comments

The purpose of the paper is to develop an intelligent system for classifying the emotional coloration of comments using machine learning techniques. The paper analyzed the main machine learning algorithms that solve the classification problem. The main text vectorization algorithms and model quality assessment metrics have been considered. Data collection and preparation of a dataset consisting of real reviews of famous online marketplaces were performed. Text analysis tools were selected and the process of developing the system modules was described. Experimental evaluation of the developed machine learning model is carried out. Conclusions are made about the feasibility of using the selected methods and further development of the system.
