This is the maximum likelihood phylogenetic tree generated from the cydrasil-v2-reference-alignment.phy found within the Cydrasil 2.0 project. The tree was made using RAxML 8.2.12 using the RAxML-HPC2 Workflow on XSEDE, part of the CIPRES science gateway. The run consisted of a maximum likelihood tree search and thorough bootstrap workflow that ran for 1000 iterations using the GTR model with Gamma distribution.
